NJQHS is committed to promoting high-quality research that explores the Quran and hadith from diverse methodological approaches, including traditional Islamic scholarship, contemporary hermeneutics, linguistic analysis, historical-critical methods, hadith authentication and criticism (naqd al-hadith), and interdisciplinary perspectives. The journal welcomes contributions that engage with classical tafsir and hadith literature as well as modern interpretative approaches relevant to contemporary Muslim societies.
